YMROP 2024: Travel Form

SCHEDULING FLIGHTS

Arrival: Plan your flight to allow you to get to Still Point Mountain Retreat with enough time to check in, find your location, and get settled in.

Participants may arrive at Still Point Mountain Retreat beginning at 2 pm, Wednesday, May 15. 2024. We expect all participants to be checked in and ready for the first session of the YMROP which will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

Departure: The closing ceremony, a key part of the YMROP experience, will conclude by 3 pm, Sunday, May 19, 2024. We expect all participants to remain at Still Point Mountain Retreat until the end of the YMROP closing ceremony.

Schedule your flight home allowing sufficient time to arrive at the airport(minimum one hour from Still Point to Dulles or 90 minutes to Reagan), check in, pass through security, and to the boarding gate. Overnight accommodation on Sunday, May 19, for men flying out on Monday, May 20, may be available on request at a modest extra charge. Please email the YMROP Coordinator, Dan Harris, to request an extention for Sunday night.
