We want to help you stay safe during the YMROP. We need to know about allergies, injuries or any other conditions that would affect food or activities and/or to assist medical professionals in case of emergency. We will hold this information strictly confidential.
Once you have received an acceptance notice for the YMROP Program, you must complete the confidential Medical Form.
The health and well-being of all who attend an event sponsored by Illuman DC is always a priority. Due to the ever-changing nature of the COVID-19 virus, safety measures will be determined and shared closer to the start of the Young Men’s Rites of Passage. We will follow all safety protocols in accordance with Center for Disease Control and State and Local guidelines specific to the location of the event. We will require attendees to follow all stated precautions.
