YMROP 2024: Staff Registration
We are seeking men to help orchestrate and staff our upcoming YMROP.
Thank you for your interest in this vital work! Check-in for Pre-YMROP work begins - Monday, May 13, 2024 @ 2:30 PM EST. On this page, you should find all you need to register and pay for this, the first Illuman YMROP on the East Coast of the United States.
We are committed to the safety of all participants and staff.
Regarding the Covid 19 virus and its variants, all participants and staff in the 2024 YMROP must show proof of being fully vaccinated and boosted not later than May 1, 2024.
For the safety of staff and all participants, we will require all Staff Members to complete a youth protection training. This will be done either through an on-line provider or as part of our regular virtual preparations as a team. The inclusion of this element is to help us all to be aware of potential issues, set clear guidelines, establish best practices, and keep everyone safe.
Background checks via Sterling Volunteers will also be required for all men on the team to assure the young men and their families that they are safe. This link will also be provided soon.
After you have completed the registration form below, please complete the Medical Form and the Travel Form.
Costs: As with MROPs, we are asking Staff to cover their own costs for the YMROP. The total amount requested is $350 if possible.
If this amount is burdensome, please contact Dan Harris, the YMROP coordinator, to work out an arrangement that makes it possible for you to bring your gifts to this work.
