"Elder" is a relational word, naming a sacred responsibility on behalf of others. The call comes not only from within, but from descendants, ancestors, and the more-than-human world longing for wise and joyful presence.
Eldering, like every season of life, invites release, wonder, and renewal. If you are ready to release old roles, to listen for what’s next, and to offer your life as blessing…perhaps this is your time. If you are feeling a call to live, give, and bless from the deepest part of who you are … perhaps this is your place.
The Elders’ Weave® is a five-day immersive retreat open to all who sense that invitation. It is not a workshop—it is a rite of passage, a threshold moment where each person is woven into a community of Elders who continue to companion one another long after the retreat ends.
Through ceremony, story, time in nature, image, and council, participants are guided to:
Harvest the wisdom of their life experience
Sit with death and loss as sacred teachers
Listen for the cries and beauty of the world
Discern how and for whom they are called to bless
