Join us for a five-day experience that invites men to awaken to a fuller, truer way of being. The Men’s Rites of Passage (MROP) has guided thousands of men around the world into greater authenticity, compassion, and purpose.
The MROP is not a workshop or conference. It is a profound initiation rite—an encounter with yourself, with a brotherhood of men, and with the Divine presence that runs through all life.
Men who have previously attended describe it as life-changing—a turning point that reshaped how they love, lead, and serve.

Who Should Come? Any man, age 18 or older, who senses they are at a threshold in life—a time of transition, restlessness, loss, or renewal—and who longs for a deeper experience of meaning, connection, and spiritual vitality. Illuman welcomes men of all backgrounds and faith traditions.
