We begin every new personal engagement with a conversation. We aim to align men's interest and capabilities to the support they can offer.
There are many ways you can participate. Most support is episodic and relatively light lifts. Others may require more intensive effort, typically for a specific event.
We continuously recruit for operational support in areas such as:
Co-Convener Role -- we operate with a three convener approach that distributes the workload and provides for collaborative decision making, along with our board.
Collaboration and Outreach support — with ECC communities in each state, and to support our invitation efforts for men not yet active with Illuman
Communications, website, content and email support
