MROP 2019: Registration Process & Payments

We would like to make this event available to all men regardless of their financial situation. Use our scholarship form if you would like to request financial assistance or a special payment plan.
Once your on-line application is received, you will be sent an Acknowledgement Email from the MROP Registrar. After your application has been reviewed by the MROP Leadership Team, you will be sent a second Status Notification Email indicating either Accepted, Waiting-List, or Refused. If accepted, you will also be sent via US Mail a personal “Letter of Acceptance & Registration Packet”. The Registration Packet will contain detailed information on the following:
$50 Non-refundable application deposit due within 30 days of acceptance
$400 Early registration payment due by June 30, 2019
$450 Standard registration payment due by September 15, 2019.=
Refund policy (End date for full refund is September 15, 2019. Afterwards, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis)
Once you receive your Accepted Status Notification Email, please immediately submit the following forms on this website. If an update is required after initial submission of either form, please contact the MROP Registrar directly.
